Anwar Ibrahim, Malaysia’s prime minister, tells CNBC’s Martin Soong as part of The CNBC Conversation, that his country will have to reopen negotiations with Goldman Sachs on the 1MDB money laundering scandal. He said he’s “not discounting the possibility of proceeding again [with] the issue [of] lawsuits.”
